Ingredients

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
  • Avocado
  • Carrefour cherry tomatoes
  • Carrefour Grana padano cubes
  • Ġbejna
  • Grilled zucchini
  • Grilled peppers
  • Grilled artichoke hearts
  • Grilled mushrooms
  • A selection of Carrefour nuts
  • Bread
  • Fancy lettuce

Instructions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients on a platter by placing the wet ingredients in small containers, surrounded by the cheeses and nuts.

  2. Place the lettuce and tomatoes to one side and drizzle with the oil from the grilled vegetables.

  3. To serve the avocado, cut the fruit in half without cutting the stone, twist the 2 halves gently until they come apart. Remove the stone and peel the avocado. Cut into thin strips, making sure not to cut through one end. Press down from the centre so that the slices fan out. Place on the platter and serve with fresh bread.
