Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
Start heating the oil or butter in a frying pan and cooking the eggs to a scramble, then setting aside to cool.
In the same pan, add more butter or oil and cook the spinach and mushrooms until tender and no more moisture is visible. Season to taste and set aside to cool.
Lay the tortilla on a flat surface, spread mayo and mustard over it to taste.
Layer with ham and cheese, add 1/3 of the scrambled egg, 1/3 of the spinach/mushroom mixture and some of the sliced tomatoes.
Tuck in the tortilla sides, roll into a tight wrap, place in a grill (optional) and cut at an angle to serve.
