Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
  • 1 Packet
    Vongole, well washed
  • 2
    Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • 300 Grams
    Fresh Mozzarella
  • ½ Cups
    Dry White Wine
  • 4
    Pizza Bases
  • 1
    Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Red Chili Flakes
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and lightly bake the pizza bases.

  2. In a saucepan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, salt and chili flakes. Once the onions turn transparent in colour, add the vongole and white wine, and cook until they all open.

  3. Lay the mozzarella on the 4 pizza bases, leaving a rim for the crust. Bake until the cheese has melted.

  4. Bring out the pizzas from the oven and lay the vongole on the pizzas and serve immediately.
