Chicken Thighs Roulade with Spinach Brie

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
  • 1
    packet chicken thighs
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 1 Kilogram
    Carrefour Spinach
  • 50 Grams
    Carrefour Basil
  • 10 - 15
    chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 200 Grams
    Carrefour Brie Cheese


  1. Boil the spinach in a saucepan.

  2. Slice each chicken thigh and flatten them out on a large piece of cling film.

  3. Fill with spinach and sliced cherry tomatoes.

  4. Add a few slices of Carrefour Brie Cheese and sprinkle with chopped basil.

  5. Roll up each of the chicken thighs and seal the edges of the cling film to make them airtight.

  6. Boil the thighs in a pan for approximately 15-20 mins.

  7. Remove the cling film, slice the thighs in half and garnish with a mushroom sauce.
