Classic Tuna Fritters

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:

  • 2 Teaspoons
    Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cups
    Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 Cans
    Carrefour Discount Tuna, drained (80g each)
  • 1
    Onion, diced
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Vegetable Oil
  • Fresh Parsley


  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, parsley and lemon juice, and then stir in the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  2. Gently fold in the tuna and onions until well-mixed and season with black pepper.

  3. Shape the tuna mixture into patties.

  4. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the patties for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
