Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
Take the chicken breast and fillet it, then cut it lengthwise into thin strips. Heat a pan with some oil and cook the chicken with the shallots, herbs and quartered cherry tomatoes.
Julienne (slice) the courgettes, add to the pan and stir all the ingredients. Allow the courgettes to soften slightly, then crumble the cheese into the pan. Add some cream and black pepper to the pan to make a sauce and allow it to reduce.
Heat the tortillas in a flat-bottomed pan until lightly toasted. Remove them from the heat and pile the filling onto the tortillas and roll. Cut into 2 and serve with a side of rucola dressed with olive oil.
