Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream without Ice Cream Maker

10th May 2017

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
  • 2 Cups
    Whipping Cream
  • 1 Can
    Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla Extract

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract together.

  2. In another bowl, whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks, about 3 minutes (if using an electronic hand mixer).

  3. Gently fold in a scoop of the whipped cream into the condensed milk. Continue adding the scoops and fold until the mixture smoothens out and becomes soft. Be careful not to deflate the mixture too much or over-mix.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer container, smoothen the top, then press a piece of baking paper against the surface to prevent ice crystals from forming.

  5. Freeze for at least six hours. For the best texture, eat within two weeks.
