Juicy Burgers

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:

    Carrefour Cream Crackers
  • Fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 500 Grams
    Minced Beef
  • 6
    Burger Buns
  • 6
    slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1
    large egg
  • 1
  • 3
  • 1
    red onion
  • 3-4
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Carrefour olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Dijon mustard


  1. Wrap the crackers in a tea towel and smash up until fine, and put them into a large bowl. Add the parsley, mustard and minced beef to the bowl. Crack in the egg and add a good pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. Mix everything up well with your hands and divide into 6 burger patties. Drizzle with oil, put on a plate, cover and place in the fridge until needed (this will help them firm up).

  3. Preheat a large frying pan for about 4 minutes on a high heat. Turn the heat down to medium and place the burgers, using a spatula to lightly press down on them, making sure the burger is in full contact. Cook to your liking for 3 or 4 minutes on each side.

  4. Serve with the vegetables and cheese as desired.
