Moist Blueberry Muffins Using Flavoured Yogurt

Ingredients

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
  • 2 Cups
    All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup
    White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Baking Powder
  • 2
    Carrefour Light Yogurt (gusti assorti) blueberry flavoured containers
  • 2
    Carrefour Light Yogurt (gusti assorti) strawberry flavoured containers
  • 1
    Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Butter, melted
  • 2 Cups
    Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.

  2. In a bowl, sift the flour and mix in the sugar, baking soda and baking powder.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, vanilla, butter and blueberries.

  4. Then stir the dry & wet mixtures together until combined.

  5. Scoop the (very thick) batter into oiled muffin tins.

  6. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
