Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
Heat the oil (not too hot otherwise the sauce becomes heavy) add the garlic and a few moments later, stir in the tomato passata. Season with salt and pepper, then cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in the basil, simmer for 5 more minutes and remove from heat. Whisk in a drizzle extra-virgin olive oil.
Serve with any pasta of your choice.
