In a food processor, crush the apple biscuits and digestive biscuits together, and pour into a bowl. Melt the butter and mix together with the crumbs.
Pour the damp mixture into a round baking tray and, using the bottom of the glass, press down to form a firm layer. Chill for about 30 minutes.
In a food processor, mix together the ricotta, milk, vanilla, lemon juice and sugar until a smooth (not too smooth) mixture forms. Lay over the chilled biscuit base, add the blueberries and chill. Serve chilled.
