Pecan Fudge Cheesecake Made with Crackers

    Carrefour Salted Crackers
  • ½ Cups
  • ½ Cups
    Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • ⅔ Cups
    Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 Cups
    White Chocolate Chips
  • 1½ Tablespoon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup
    Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1
    Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • 1 Cup
    Pecans, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C degrees and line a baking sheet with foil, and lay the crackers evenly.

  2. In a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk. Pour the mixture over crackers and bake for 10 minutes.

  3. For the cheesecake fudge, in a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, butter, salt, and condensed milk, and heat until melted and smooth. Add the pudding mix and stir until the mix dissolves. Add the marshmallow, stir until melted and smooth. Pour hot fudge over the filling.

  4. Smooth using an offset spatula and sprinkle the pecans. Refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigerator and serve chilled.
