Potato, Salami & Cheese Frittata

Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
  • 1 Kilogram
    Potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 8
    Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cups
    Parmesan, grated
  • 125 Grams
    Carrefour Salami Milano
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 100 Grams
    Goat Cheese


  1. In a frying pan, heat some oil and add the potato and salt and sauté until the potato cubes are brown and just done, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the pepper and parmesan. Stir in the salami and the potatoes.

  3. In a pan, melt the butter and then pour the egg mixture in the pan, whilst on low heat. Sprinkle the goat cheese over the top.

  4. Once the eggs are nearly set, place the pan under the grill until fully done.

  5. Slide the frittata onto a plate, cut into wedges and serve.
