Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
Fry the finely chopped onions on low heat until translucent and then add the tomato paste and minced garlic.
Add the octopus and fry for ten minutes, stirring continuously. Add the canned tomatoes, herbs, olives, capers, wine, lemon zest, lemon juice and herbs, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the potatoes and peas, and simmer for another 45 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve in a bowl with crusty bread or spaghetti.
