Take this list with you to any of our 8 supermarkets:
Heat a pan and lightly fry the onion, broccoli and potatoes (with skins) in the olive oil.
Add the vegetable stock to the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 minutes.
Blend the mixture and add the mascarpone and blue cheese.
Garnish with small bits of blue cheese and parsley.
